Available Services
Motherhood is a unique journey, and the challenges faced along the way can differ greatly from one person to another. Below are some of the areas where I can offer support.
Most services are also available before your baby arrives, helping you prepare for the postpartum period.

Baby Massage
There is evidence that massaging babies is an ancient practice, but it is only recently become something routinely seen in western culture. As well as being a beautiful bonding experience, massage can also help with sleep, digestive issues and supports physical development. Offered as a 5 week group course, or private sessions
Breastfeeding Support
Studies have found that around 30% of mothers will have problems breastfeeding in the first 2 week after baby is born - I am here to troubleshoot and support when things get tough.
The 'Confidence Booster'
If there is an aspect of parenting that feels especially daunting, such as bath time, breastfeeding in public, or your first outing without family, I can help. Whether it is a brainstorming session before you tackle the task, or in person support on the day.
Meal Planning
Nutrition is so important in the postpartum period, particularly if you are breastfeeding or recovering from surgery. I can help with meal planning and prep, and support you to prioritise your own nutrition.
Supporting Siblings
The arrival of a new baby into the family can be a huge adjustment for children, and new routines can be hard for everyone. I can help you support older children to adjust to their new role as sibling.
Creating Safe Sleep Spaces
Preferences on babies sleep spaces differ from family to family, but safety is always a top priority. I can help you to create a safe sleep space for your little one.
Practical Support
Some days, mothers just need an extra pair of hands - when sleep deprivation hits, I can look after baby while you take a nap, or a shower, or do some light housework or meal prep while you cuddle your little one.
